fremont troll and snoqualmie falls

Sunday 7th May 2017
Today we decided to go to the Fremont area Sunday Market.  Bronte had an Instagram follower there that he wanted to meet.  The market was crazy busy but we managed to track her down selling icecream at an icecream truck.  We sampled some of the product which was really yummy.  From there we walked back to the bridge and to the Fremont  Troll.  He is under the bridge and has become a bit of a tourist attraction.  He is made of concrete and has a real VW beetle in his hand.
The view of the lake and the boats moored at the lake were very picturesque especially on this fabulous day.
From there we drove to Snoqualmie Falls which is east of Seattle by about 50km or thereabouts.  Bring such a beautiful day it was so pleasant there.  Lots of water going over the falls and lots of people there watching.  We did the walk to the bottom of the falls where you could also take in the river.
After walking back up the trail which was kind of hard and steep we left to head back.  Stopped at Outback Steakhouse at Bellevue on the way for dinner which was yummy.
Tomorrow we are going to see planes at the museum of flight.
