Up this morning and headed back to Yellowstone straight to Mammoth Hot Springs. The colours, smells and surroundings are just amazing. Spent a while there as there is heaps to see. From there we drove to the Grand Loop Road and followed that stopping at mud pools, dragons mouth springs, fossilised tree and the Yellowstone River the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone at Artists Point. The views were cool and the weather was perfect. From there we headed to Old Faithful and arrived about an hour from when Old Faithful was set to blow. Did the short loop walk in that hour and then come back to view Old Faithful. The amount of spectators is kind of amazing. Did a 5 km walk after that looking at different geysers and water pools. The most beautiful one being the Morning Glory pool. Once finish there we had 150km drive to Jackson Wyoming but the speed limit was only 45 mph. Took almost 3 hours to get there and check in. By this time it was 10pm and we were starving. We went to Wendy's for a burger as it was the only thing open. Tomorrow we head to Salt Lake City for a couple of days.
