Sunday 26th October 2014
Today we went to breakfast along the local streets where we are staying. Emiliana
lives close to this amazing street, a little bit like the Parade in
Norwood back home. The breakfast was nice and was most enjoyed. After
that we were taken on a drive around the local area and parks with views
over looking Lake Washington. The autumn leaves are stunning around
Seattle right now. We then went for a drive on our own and went down to
the Museum of Flight to have a look at the Concorde and the prototype
Boeing 747 which sit outside. These can be observed for free from the
outside. From there we drove to down town, found a park and walked
around the base of the Space Needle and the Monorail. We then went back
to the house where we went with Emiliana to the Old Spaghetti Factory
back down town. We had a bit of a walk along the foreshore and snapped a
couple of photos before heading home for the night.
