Today was consisting of a ride on the Whistler gondola to Whistler Peak then the larger gondola ride to Blackcomb known as the 'Peak 2 Peak.' The temp today was about 9 degrees in the village and 1 on the peak, so it was a bit cooler than we have been having. The gondolas take close to an hour to make it all the way to Blackcomb. The scenery is beautiful and there is so much stuff to look at including wildlife everywhere. You also have the best view back down the mountain to Whistler. We stayed up the top and had lunch then made our way down. We were heading back to Seattle today stopping off at Vancouver's Stanley Park on the way. The weather was so nice and the photos at Stanley Park and the city were also very nice. Would have been nice to spend some more time in Vancouver. Had a look around Stanley Park including the totem poles and then headed for tonight's accommodation. Tomorrow we fly to Las Vegas and we need to get to the airport by about 3.00 pm to give back the Camry and get to the flight on time.
