Today we went to the Palm Springs Art Museum. It was really nice there with a bit of a mix of modern and old along with some weird stuff too. After that we went for a drive and headed east through Cathedral City and Palm Desert for a drive. Got an ice cream at Sonic as they have a really nice concrete custard which is delicious. After that we went to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and caught that to the top of Mount San Jacinto which is 8516 feet high. The temp went from 40 at the base to 18 at the top. The view was awesome, and because we got the 7.20pm tram we were there for sunset. Did a short walk up the top before coming back down at 9.30pm. Tomorrow were off to Joshua Tree National Park for a look.
