museum of flight and seattle space needle

Tuesday 25th July 2013
Arrived into Seattle just before lunch and we headed to the Museum of Flight.  We know they have a Concorde there and a number of other cool displays of planes.  Checked into the motel and spent an hour or so there before driving into downtown Seattle to go to the Space Needle to see the sun set.  We spent about two hours on the needle and got some really great photos.  Mt Rainier was so easy to see as the weather here is beautiful and clear.  Not to mention the mountain is 14000 feet tall.  After the needle we caught the monorail just for fun.  It was now after 10pm and dinner time.  Grabbed some food and then got back to the motel to get some sleep.  Off to Mt Rainier and Mt St Helen tomorrow.
