Saturday 14th July 2018
Got up this morning and had a nice swim in the pool as it was literally just out of our room doorway. Once we got ourselves organised we went for a drive and got lunch and then went to the Palm Springs Art Museum in Palm Desert. The art was pretty good and most of it was taken in the 1920's. They also had a sculpture garden outside which was nice but very hot as it was around 43°c. After that we decided to go shopping for a bit and then got some yummy icecream from DQ. We then went back and enjoyed the hotel until dinner time. Got some Ihop for dinner which was really nice. That evening we sat and lay in the pool drinking beers and cidars enjoying the lovely evening. 1 more day of relaxing in Palm Springs before we hit the road and start clicking up the miles. We plan to be in Vegas by Friday.
