Today we spent our day checking out Miami Beach and area. We ended up driving along the beach heading north stopping here and there looking at the beach and the local suburbs until we made our way right up to Fort Lauderdale. Once there we turned and headed back to the main part of Miami Beach back to Ocean Drive between 5th and 14th Streets where the art deco buildings are. There were masses of people everywhere. The beach was packed as were the restaurants that lined the streets. The cars in the area were amazing ranging from Lamborghini's to Ferrari's and anything really expensive. We spent a few hours there and then went for dinner. After dinner we went back to Ocean Drive so we could see the old buildings by night with their neon lights operating. It was still busy and masses of people in the area. The atmosphere was great along with the spectacular view of the coloured lights etc.
Tomorrow we head north towards Cocoa Beach as we head back to Orlando.

Seems as though you are having an exciting time. Did you see any Hummers while you were in Miami. Like the ones that are driven in the TV series CSI Miami?
I am having a lot of trouble with my Computer it is so slow and it has taken me about 40 minutes to get onto your blog and typing is just as bad. Think I need a new computer. Will go to the library and use theirs to see what else you have put up. Love Mum

Saw a few Hummers but they are everywhere in the US. I did see Horatio driving around looking for the crime scene. He was in a Hummer!!
